One-Day Energy Mini-Audit and Consultation Includes an on-site mini-audit of energy-using systems and components, discussion of findings and recommendations on improvements. Additional cost if distance from Margate, NJ is greater than 90 miles.	$950
Commercial energy audit with written report Includes on-site inspection, evaluation of energy requirements, evaluation of building structure, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and water heating equipment; analysis of utility bills and determination of avoided cost, and preparation of a report with recommendations, available grants and other financial incentives, and full financial evaluation. Presentation to management and followup as required.	Customized based on complexity, location and size of building
Thermal imaging study - Commercial/Industrial Evaluation of a business's buildings for hidden deficiencies that are causing poor comfort or high energy bills, using a thermal imaging camera to identify areas of heat gain or loss. Using color images that show differences in temperatures of 1/10 degree, a TI study can spot missing insulation, air leaks, and wet building materials. A full color report is prepared and presented. Commercial/Industrial/Municipal Utility Assessment Evaluation of utility bills to identify overbilling situations and determination if alternative rates and riders would result in ongoing savings. Negotiation with utilities for recovery of overbillings and implementation of proper rates or riders.	$125/hour - or - 50% share of recovery or savings
